This online Hackathon is a unique occasion for young aspiring social entrepreneurs to come up with new and innovative ideas to solve water and sanitation challenges in their communities!
During this 2-day event, 10 teams of committed young people will be guided and coached by WASEU mentors to understand better the challenges of the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector in Uganda and find or refine business ideas to solve these challenges.
The online format will allow participants from the whole country to join the event.
The team coming up with the best business idea will be granted a spot in the Young Water Fellowship incubation programme!
The online Hackathon will happen on October 2nd and 3rd, applications are open until September 22nd.

Young aspiring social entrepreneurs in the WASH sector aged between 18 and 30 years old are welcome to apply
We encourage you to apply by teams of 2 to 4 people but individuals can also be accepted. Please note that we will give priority to teams with female members.
